Wandererers for Western North Carolina Hurricane Relief Shirt

***UPDATE: This is insane. We thought we'd sell a couple hundred shirts and raise a couple thousand dollars. Well we're up to almost 2,000 less than 48 hours later. That equals $32,000 in donations!!!!!!!! Amazing. Overwhelming. Humbling. Thank y'all for rallying around our neighbors in North Carolina. Unfortunately we're going to have take this down temporarily as we’re starting to run into some logistical issues. As a small family run business, we’re getting close to not being able to hit our ability to deliver on what we said we could do. And like any great southerner knows, your word is your bond. So we want to honor your trust in us by keeping our word and doing this right. 

Logistically, we are basically exhausting supplies for this color shirt in the US, i.e. we're buying every Pine Green shirt in the country at this time. Simultaneously, we want to remain confident that we can get these shirts shipped out in a timely way on November 4th. Doing some rough math on how long it takes us to pick, pack and ship, we're up to about 67 hours we'll need to get everything out the door and on it's way to you. We feel confident we can shave that time a bit by going all hands on deck with our back of house crew and some friends and volunteers pitching in but we'd like to be able to get this first wave out the door and not disappoint people before we add too many more orders on top of this. 

We WILL do our best to bring this back in the future so we can continue to raise funds for our neighbors in North Carolina. But for now, we need to call a short time out to make sure our ducks are in a row. An amazing problem to have but we wanted to make sure y’all had full transparency for our response to y’alls generous response.

This is a preorder that will ship on Monday, November 4th. Here is the following timeline for max transparency.

• Designed by our team in North Georgia on Monday, September 30th
• We will take preorders all week through Sunday, October 6th to maximize efficiency and costs. 
• We will make an order with our screen printer friends at Danger Press on Monday, October 7th.
• They will screen print the shirts by hand over the next 3 weeks.
• We will ship out on Monday, November 4th.

Our Wandererers for Western North Carolina Hurricane Relief Shirt is our very small way to help raise funds for our neighbors right across the border. 100% of the profits of this shirt will go directly to the United Way of North Carolina. Please see our social media for other non-profits and mutual aid groups on the ground in the region if you would rather donate directly. 

Our home, shop and love may be in the North Georgia mountains but Western Carolina carries the same amount of affection in our heart. We have been crushed scrolling through social media and hearing from our friends in places like Marshall, Hot Springs, Asheville, and the region. Even if you don't want a shirt, please consider sharing things related to the disaster on your social media in an effort to continue to amplify the stories and voices coming from our neighbors across the line. 

This is a unisex regular fit, crafted from 5.3 oz 100% combed cotton. Featuring neck ribbing, side seams, and double needle hems for durability and minimal shrinkage. There will be a 1 color gold print on the front chest area, a full 2 color design on the back and a screened in neck tag.
